Returns:
All items are returnable within fifteen (15) business days of receipt if not completely satisfied. Please return items in their original packaging along with a copy of the invoice and a return authorization number. To receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, call or e-mail customer service--please provide your invoice number. Any unauthorized returns, special orders, or merchandise altered/damaged in any way will not be accepted. A Restocking Fee of 15% may be charged on returns. Please notify Cuttlefish within 24 hours of receipt if any items are damaged or missing from your order.

Privacy Policy:
We respect your privacy. Any personal information we collect from you is for the purpose of processing your order and will not be sold, swapped, or otherwise given out under any circumstances.

Backorders:
We do our best to keep all of our items in stock for immediate delivery, however backorders do occur. If the item(s) you ordered are on backorder, you will be notified via email. We will then get the item(s) out to you as soon as they are available. Please e-mail or call us if you do not wish to keep your items on backorder, and the order will be canceled.
